    Strong brand name, manufacture leader in manager research Very experienced team and colleagues Not bad civilization, very nice people (unlike at other Wall Street firms) Global presence, great offices.

    Cons

    Private equity ownership has adversely impacted civilisation, and resulted in increased turnover. PE owners not investing in the business concern. Remuneration is below industry, especially for early career individuals because at that place are as well many layers of middle management whose contributions are limited but compensation is high.
